Values getting fan out

So i have a dimension "Market level"  and I have a fact table with center id, and 2 metrics . Whenever I am bringing in market levl column in the visual its getting fann out and I am getitng 4 rows(instead of 1). I double checked the relation ship is  1 to many. Can anyone guide me what could be causing this? Thanks for your help!

@priyanath1988 , are your measure using +0 or some handling of blank value ? if yes try to avoid that

 

If this does not help
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

@amitchandak , thank you for your response. you think this could be issue ?

Volume = COALESCE(sum(Actuals_by_Month[vol]),0)

This is solved when I converted Volume = COALESCE(sum(Actuals_by_Month[vol]),0) to Volume = sum(Actuals_by_Month[vol])
