Please i am new to dax functions. i am trying to achive the below template reports on powerbi.
I Have done calculated colums for LG,Samsung and nexus seperately. that is to say i have the sum of each product posted to my chart of accounts.
However i do not know how to return the qualitative aspect of my template, which is revenue, haulage etc for each of the product.
This is my dax;
LG = (CALCULATE(SUM('General Ledger Entries'[Amount]),FILTER('Chart of Account',' Chart of Account'[No]=5000100))
LG | SAMSUNG | NEXUS | TOTAL | |
NGN'000 | NGN'000 | NGN'000 | NGN'000
Revenue | 20,000 | 65,000 | 20,000 | 105,000 |
Actual cost of goods sold | (1) | - | (0) | (1) |
Other export cost | 31,654 | (31,654) | (0)
Haulage | (0) | - | (0) | |
Freight on export sales | (0) | - | (0)
Gross profit / (loss) | 31,653 | -31,654 | (0) | (1) |

SALES MIX (%) | 57.14% | 14.29% | 28.57% | 100.00% |

Hi @Duffy_Ibru
We probably need to learn a little more about your data model.
YOu say you don't know how to do Revenue for LG, but your sample set of data shows 20,000. Is this wrong?
yes u re correct. i have done calculated colums to return the value of each of my products.
i select the matrix visual and put each calcuted column on column
Revenue LG | Revenue Samsung | Revenue Nexus | Freight LG | Freight Samsung | Freight Nexus |
20,000.00 | 65,000.00 | 20,000.00 | 10,000.00 | 20,000.00 | 5,000.00 |
However, i want the visual to appear like this;
LG | Samsung | Nexus | Total | |
Revenue | 20,000.00 | 65,000.00 | 20,000.00 | 105,000.00 |
Freight | 10,000.00 | 20,000.00 | 5,000.00 | 35,000.00 |

Hi @Duffy_Ibru,
Can you give some further details or example of your data? To help you bettwe without further information is difficult.
