Have had this issue across multiple version of Power BI desktop, but have never been able to sign in. Just have been opening Power BI files.
It won't even let me type in anything in the Email field.

@Anonymous weird, never seen this. Did you try on a different machine to rule out it is not a machine-specific issue?
