Top 10 for all status in single table

Hi all,

I have a query in PBI

I want to show top 10 suppliers name who are producing highest parts by the part status - Good, Under, Over, Bad
I have each status as separate column

In single table I should have columns PartNum, SupplierName, Good, Under,Over,Bad

Please help...
