Table field with more than one record

Hello

Is it possible to create a table where there is a field where you can put two records?

Basically, I want what you see in capture since I want to create a filter later.

For example, zone 3 ALMERIA belongs to delegacion valencia and rep1019. In the filter I want both valence and 1019 separately and that the areas that belong to them appear.

Thank you.

Hi @Syndicate_Admin ,

In Power Query, you can create a table to relate zone to each delegacion. For that, you can create a "reference" to the original table, and then follow the steps below:

1. Create a reference:

2. Split Columns By Delimiter (in you case I believe its comma):

3. Select all columns that are not the "splitted" delegaciones and select tranform > Unpivot Columns > Unpivot Other Columns:

4. You can TRIM the text to remove leading spaces:

5. Remove the 'Attribute' column, and then you have all delegaciones in rows to use for filtering. For that, you just need to create a relationship to your original table (consider using bridge tables to avoid many-to-many relationships).

Hope this answer solves your problem!

It worked perfectly. Thank you.

Hi @apenaranda would you be so kind as to mark my answer as a solution as well? As Syndicate Admin only replicated it here in Spanish. Thanks a lot!
