Sum if with multiple filters across multiple tables

Hi!

I have a challeging question (I think). I want to compare the current value with the target. But the current values are in a table unique on userID and the targets are in a table unique on periodtype, period, country. Because of all the other crazy stuff I'm doing it is not possible to change this.

So, given the periodtype (eg. month), period (eg. 201709), country (eg. France) I want to calculate the Target of each metric. Ultimate goal is to put the target in the KPI-visual. I tried some CALCULATE/SUMX/FILTER/EARLIER functions, but I haven't found the trick. Who can help me?

This is an example of my table

Soooo...from your data and a periodtype of month, period of 201709 and country France, then from your user table you would have 800 + 600 = 1,400 in Revenu and from your other table you would have 10,000 in Revenu, correct?
