Slicer not showing all options

For some reason the slicer will not show all the options that there is aviable for the value, what should be showing is all the options there is in the matrix. There is no filter on the slicer visuel or anything els on the page. I have 0 idea why this would ever happend. I have triede rebuilding it and everything, but to no help.

Is the "Afdeling" column in the slicer from the same table as all other columns? If so, this is probably caused by some filters passed by other columns in the same table. To solve this, you need to add a Dim table to the model to have all distinct Afdeling values in a column. Then relate this Dim table to the original table by "Afdeling" column. This will create a one-to-many relationship with single filter direction from Dim table to the original table. Then put "Afdeling" column from Dim table into the slicer. This will make it show all the options as the original table cannot filter the Dim table.
