See Public dashboard without authentication

Good afternoon Community,

I make a query, we are trying to follow the instructions https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-publish-to-web to leave public and without authentication a PowerBI dashboard. The type of license contracted is PRO and a Permium trial period of 55 days remaining as seen in the following image

When you want to enter the "Administration Portal" the following is displayed:

Is there an error in what we are wanting to do or do we have to have another type of subscription?

Hi @Syndicate_Admin ,

Parry2k  is correct, you need to assign yourself at least the PowerBI Administrator role to manage the admin portal.

Please try like following steps:

  1. In the Microsoft 365 admin center, select Users > Active Users.
  2. Select the user that you want to assign the role to.
  3. Under Roles, select Manage roles.
  4. Expand Show all by category, then select Power BI admin or Power Platform admin.
  5. Select Save changes.

For more information, you can refer to:Understanding Power BI administrator roles

Hope it helps,

Hello

I tried to follow the steps, but noticed that I don't have the Users option, as you can see in the screenshot. And the account is the administrator's.
