Replace Data Source: From Unicode to Ascii

I have a report that takes in a file that is in Unicode. However, I resaved the file I was inputting as ascii and would rather take in data sources as ascii and not Unicode. Is there a way to force Power BI to read data source in a different character encoding?

@erin-greenlee I don't think so there is any way to convert from Unicode to ASCII & hence cannot read data source in a different character encoding.
