Regional settings bug with Swedish locale

Hi. After importing data and building the model Power BI desktop freeze when we try to go to the report design mode. This happens when we try to change visuals. This bug is confirmed on both Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 laptops. we run the 64 bit version and we have tested this on several different laptops.

@ThomasIvar62 Some other users reported the issue as well, we are investigating the issue at the moment. The en-US version seems to not freezing, with Sweedish locale, the issue seems to be with numeric columns/measures, if you simplify the formatting and avoid currency symbols, it may work fine.

If you are seeing this with fields other than numeric columns/measures, kindly send a frown with a repro if possible.
