I would like to use "Copilot" in Power BI Desktop. For this, I need to enable "Allow user data to leave their geography" in the tenant because I am located outside the US. What is the risk and impact of enabling this? And does "Copilot" provide good results outside the US as well?

Hi, @CBO2404
Enabling "Allow user data to leave their geography" may increase the risk of data breaches or unauthorized access to your data, as it allows data to be transferred across international borders. However, the impact of enabling this will depend on your specific situation and the sensitivity of your data.
As for Copilot, it is designed to work globally and should provide good results outside the US as well. However, the quality of the results may vary depending on the availability and accuracy of the data sources that Copilot uses.
