Pulishing a new report from desktop to an existing data set creats a new data set.

We have a dataset in Power BI service. The intent is to have multiple reports point to the same data set.

We created a clone of an existing report and downloaded the pbix file.

The changes are done in local using Power Bi desktop and when we try to publish the report to the workspace.. it is creating a new data set with the reports name and associating the new report with this new data set instead of updating the cloned report that was associated with the existing data set. Can you please help?
