Provide option to switch between Budget and Forecast within a Table visual

If I have a table that displays Actuals , Budget and Variance columns as shown below. Hoe can I provide an option (slicer) to the user to switch the budget to a forecast and also display that as the column title while variance also dynamically calcualting the variance value based on the selection. 

While I know how to get all the calculations and values displayed as per above requirement using a disconnected table, I don't know of a way to get the column name to display "Budget" or "Forecast" dynamically. Is there a way?

You can make use of the bookmarks where we can hide/show the visual. 
So here, you can plot 2 tables. so, when you click on Budget, the table with Budget column shows and the other table is hidden while when we click on Forecast, the table with Forecast column shows and the other table is hidden.
