Previous Month show blank

Dear Community,

I have problem on getting the previous month achievement. 

Attached pbix which have only Feb and March data, and DAX calculation for their achievement of that month. 

Like February have 83.3% while March have 78.3%.

When slicer is select March, previous month will show 83.3% (February).

* I have calendar and link it to the data.

Previous month = CALCULATE([Achievement],DATESMTD(DATEADD('Calendar'[Date],-1,MONTH)))
