PowerBI - Include Icons or images as part of the measure name

HI, I know i can add in a measure and describe it as anything I want

MRUry7_0-1683741674231.png

But I know there's a way to add an image or icon to the description so that the
CIO will appear as for example, with an image next to it as well.

I think it's a matter of hitting a select set of keys on the keyboard to bring up the image selector but I can't figure out which of the combinations of keys opens up the image selector.
So instead of CIO, it would appear as

CIO😊CIO

Thanks very much for your help, but I was looking to simply add an emoji next to a measure name.
I finally discovered how to do it.
When you're typing the description of the measure you are creating, press the . and the Windows key at the same time, and the emoji list appears.
I was trying to find out how to do this. It's the [Windows][.] keys at the same time
