Power bi wont install, installer wont even launch

I unistalled power bi to install the new version and now the installer wont launch. Tried all other suggestions of previous posts no luck. Is there an actual fix for this?

@Anonymous , On windows 10, are you getting installation pop up message to allow (Admin message). Also, check there is no windows update pending. If so install that first

I don't even get a pop up. The .exe does nothing. I have installed other programs and uninstalled my previous version of power bi.

Have you tried installing it from the Microsoft store
