Power BI - Donut chart (One part is breaking)

Hi All - pls help - I have a customer who quite likes to have a pie chart with one segment broken out (for effect) see the picture -

does anyone know how to do this in Power BI?

Please try custom visual  Drill Down Donut PRO by ZoomCharts 

You can also  consider the developing  pie chart using R.
