Periodic comparison - VERY URGENT

I have data at weekly level and would need to calculate MoM, QoQ and YoY variance for each week of the month with the corresponding week of the previous period. This basically compares 15th of March 2023 with the immediate previous month or the quarter or the year instead of doing March vs Feb.
