Hello Team,
Can we pass slicer selection on to DAX query..
I'm using following DAX query
SUMMARIZE( ABC , ABC[Region] , "Sum" , SUM(ABC[OrderValue]))
I'm using same query for few other summary selections based on other fields , I was planning to have a slicer with options to select the summary output by region/category/type etc..
hi @kkalyanrr,
If your tables are connected with relationships than I am sure slicer will work on the result of the formula you wrote. Just Give it a try once. Just in case if it doesn't work then kindly share your pbix file or some sample data with the tentative result you desire to achieve.
Regards,
Hemant
