Paginated report date format error

I need to format my date parameter in this format ddd-dd-mm-yyyy  in  power BI report builder but when i try to format the report is  throwing an error message.  Ideally i would like a calender selection where users can select the dates ranges they want . any suggestions on this one?

here is my code in paginated report =Format((Fields!FINISH_DATE.Value),"ddd-mm/dd/yyyy") its showing date as Thu 30/15/2022

its basically   showing incorrect date
