Overall RAG based results from 3 other Boxes

HI All, 

Can you please help?  Can i create a an overall RAG box based on the results of 3 other Matrix RAG results

Example:  #

One matrix box on sales in RED

One Matrix box  on revenue in Green

One matrix box on profits is Green

The Overall MAtrix box gives me RED

But check if measure based conditional formatting can help you

Thanks Amit, from the below picture , i would like to make the "Values of Dispay" in the top matrix box give me the overall RAG based on the blow two matrix Box's..

Example 10X on the top box should show up as RED as in the 2 box (Distibution by Funtion) is Amber and in  3rd Box (Dristribution by Supplier) its RED
