I want to automate opening a workbook, selecting slicer, exporting the report as a PDF, publishing to Power BI online, etc. I looked into AutoIT but that doesn't look like it is a good fit. I know Power BI has some integration with Python but that looked like it was more about creating visuals, calculations, etc.
Does anyone know of any good options to do that automating for the tasks I described?
@PeterL33 , Publish to web is something you can explore using power bi cmdlets, if supported
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/power-bi/overview?view=powerbi-ps
https://github.com/DevScope/powerbi-powershell-modules
For Opening power bi desktop slicer etc, you need to check some desktop RPA tools, you can check power automate. But I think that can be best done using power bi service
