I have a list of all delivery locatoins and their dollar value on a map. I would like to plot on the map the best location for a new distribution center weighted by size of the delivery. Is something like this possible?

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
