No Longer Able to Log Into Power BI Desktop, Power BI on the web works fine

I had Power BI as part of the Complimentary Office 365 license for my public school district. Last year I had no issues using Power BI on the desktop and publishing to the web. Now, I tried to use my install of Power BI desktop and I am unable to log in. I am using the exact same username and password that has been working flawlessly online. I updated it to the latest version but still can't log in.

I read that Power BI is no longer part of Office 365 - is there something our admin needs to do with our organization's accounts to allow Power BI Desktop to work with my microsoft account? Any thoughts or ideas?
