Need help creating a KPI that shows previous period and rank

Hello, below is an example of a visual I am trying to create in Power Bi. On the left side is the KPI with slicers. I put yellow boxes around the KPIs that I want to change based on the dataset and slicers. On the right is an example of the data on the back end. The $102,000 KPI is easy to create, but how could I do the previous period and rank KPIs?
