Multi Row Card - Formatting Woes

I created a multi row card, threw in a few fields, no problem. I copied that card, threw in a few other fields and now I'm seeing a Card Title option appear.

Why is this happening to only the one card and not the others?

I don't want it. I don't need it. How do I get rid of it, or at least not have it interfere with what I'm trying to create?
Currently using Version: 2.100.1401.0 64-bit (December 2021)

Hi, @NeilL

According to my research, this is the default behavior of Power BI.
When there is only one text field in a multi-line card, you will see the card title option. You can easily set the properties of that text field via the card title option.
When there are multiple text fields in a multiline card, Power BI displays all the text in the same style and the card title option will not be displayed here.

@NeilL
Create a measure  Card Title = ""
When you find Card Title Just go that property and click on fx button, click on that Select Field Value from the options and add Card Title measure
you will never get card title on top of the multi CArd.
