I'm new to Power BI. I have a Matrix with Budget vs Actuals plus encumbered amounts. The Budgt, Actuals, and Encumbered columns are from a direct query. The last two columns are calculated measures. I have amounts in the Budget column that are not showing. Those rows do not have amounts in the Actual or Encumbered columns. I'm guessing it's a relationship issue but I have not been able to figure it out. It's almost like if the row doesn't have an amount in the Actual column then its not showing the related budget amount. Thanks Jon!
