MAX number value from a range of mixed columns (decimals & text)

Hi all! I've bumped into a new issue, again... I got a query in which I have 3 columns that got all of them a mix of decimal numbers & text values and whenever I try to calculate the Max number from the entire group I still get the text value when I display the measure which is something I don't want to happen. I'd rather see a blank field instead.
Edit: I need to get a numeric type only for a later use on another measure.
I don't want to convert or unpivot the columns because it would affect the query structure & I want to stick to its original format.
Below you have some snaps from what I actually tried to do.
Thanks to all of you for every suggestion! 🙂

@Anonymous , in your formula, when you create var virtualtable and filter && [values]<>  "False"

or   && [values]<>   False()

and the take maxx(virtualtable ,[value]*1)
