Is it possible to view complete Power BI reports in Excel?

Kind of a stupid question, but a client has specified it as a business use case. Not just analyzing data from the report but to see the entire report inside excel. I am sure it isn't possible but wanted to explore any possibilities regarding the subject if they do exist.

I've never seen anything like this, but what I'm aware of that you can connect to a power bi dataset to excel and build visuals on excel using this dataset.
