Implementation of Drilldown Choropleth Maps

I wish to implement Choropleth maps in  one of my report.

Can someone help me in providing the link to json files used in this report and how to embedd them in my report.

I am new to Power BI desktop platform.

Basically , I am having 2 json files which I need to embedd in my Choropleth map. But when I provide the URL path to these json files from github then it shows message as "Invalid JSON File". How to resolve this message issue.
