How to set the alignment of specific fields in rows?

I have a matrix visual that contains 10 Rows, Zero Columns, and 1 Value. I would like to make the payment amount( which is a row)  Right Justified. The field does not appear in the Specific Column section, I only see Values listed here. 

Total Payment Field  is set to Currency which I would expect to automatically right Justify.

How do I resolve this?

If I understand you correctly,  and you are interested in that "value"
 will appear before what is in "rows"
An option like this does not exist.
It seems that you can take part of your "rows " to values, which will give you the possibility to change their order.

Thank you for your response! - unfortunately, I need my data to remain as a row at its current position in the matrix.  I can right justify ALL Rows, but that will not help much. It will only cause additional issues. 😞
