How to find out what is causing a jump in warehouse value

Hello,the first day of every week we do a warehouse evaluation and save to values in a table.

Table Headers:

In powerBI Desktop I then display the total Warehouse value for each 'FirstDateOfWeek' in a line graph.

When we see a sudden increase or decrease in the warehouse value, we want to find out what product is causing it. What is the best approach to this?

Any help would be very appreciated.
