1.Please check if the credentials are correct? For example, server address, port and password, etc.
you can installed the new version to check whether it works.
2.The error "Invalid Operation Handle" is generally caused by a misconfiguration which interferes with the communication between Tableau and the database.
For example:
- Load balancer configuration (Test this by connecting directly to the Cloudera node, bypassing the load balancer)
- Kerberos authentication issues
- Network Issues
3.checked all the steps in the query editor in case any of them gives an error?
