Hierarchy Drill Down stop at the last level of it's category

Good day everyone,

Seeking for advice on the Hierarchy Drill Down related.

The scenario required to have drill mode on and capable to drill down on the hierarchy basis in (Sample column chart).
Hierarchy we have Lv 1 "States" > Lv 2 "City" & Lv 3 "Park" in Dimension table.
We have country category in Fact table & different country have different hierarchy Path length.
Country MY have 3 levels while country UK have only 2 levels.

There is Country slicer with single filter selection.

The drill down works fine for Country MY, able to expand to Lv 3 "Park" level. However if I change the slicer to Country UK, the chart will still able to drill down to Lv 3 "Park" with empty chart.
Since there is not 3rd level hierarchy for Country UK, any possible way to make it stop at it own last level of hierarchy?

Some mock sample data:

Im using Dax "Path" solution, with this measure

Sales_value =
Var Val = [Sales]
Var ShowRow = [BrowseDepth] <= [RowDepth]
RETURN IF(
    ShowRow,Val)

Thanks in advance!!!
