Guest Users Invite/Share Other Users

We have users from domain1.com. Now I need to grant admin permission to guest user in domain2.com. The domain2 guest user is able to access all reports and dashboard in the workspace but when domain2 guest user try to share dashboard with other users then the he get an error unable to share error. Simialrly, when domain2 guest user try to add a user in role level security then he can't. What I am missing here?

You can use planned invitations to turn accounts of different organizations into guest users, and then pull them into the workspace, see this report.
