Filters bar

tell me please how to delete the Filters bar which appears on the right side of the report.

You mean the filter bar in Power BI service as follows? Or you mean the bar in Power Bi desktop, 1 and 2 part?

All of them can not be hide, they are a designed behaviour. Here is a similar thread for your reference.
