Filter Power BI Reports on Teams

Hi guys,

If I display Power BI report on Teams, can I set parameters on Power BI report based on user login to Teams ? So the data showing will be auto-filter based on the user credential.

Hi @admin_xlsior ,

I'm afraid that there is no option for us to enter the parameter in Teams when share power bi report.

For your scenario, RLS should be a way to achieve your desired by my test.

You could set Row-level security for your reports so that people will see the specific contents when you share the reports in Teams.
