Exported text measure has trailing and leading "

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to allow users to export a measure to a text file, which can then be imported into another application. The problem I'm having is that the measure includes line breaks, which means that the exported csv has quote marks round the text which I don't want. Is there any way of getting rid of them (that doesn't involve the users having to manually delete)?

Here's an example:

and the text file:

I tried replacing the unichar(10) with \r\n but that didn't work - it removed the quotes but the import wouldn't work. If anyone has any ideas that would be much appreciated!

Thanks,

Anton

Thanks. I did check but my problem doesn't seem to be the same as any in the forum. The issue is that the " are added *after* I export, so I can't do anything clever in the measure to remove them, other than remove the line breaks, which means the file can't be used.

Hi @anton78

I have never faced some issue like this, but you can check some posts in the forum. They may help you to achieve it: https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Desktop/Export-Data-with-csv-with-fields-that-already-have...
