Exploring Data Source Replacement Techniques in Power BI

Hello Power BI Community,

I'm currently seeking guidance on how to effectively replace data sources within Power BI. As we continue to refine and optimize our data workflows, the ability to seamlessly transition between different data sources is paramount.

Could you please share your insights, tips, and best practices on how to replace data sources in Power BI? Whether it's a straightforward process or involves more intricate steps, any guidance or experiences you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your assistance in advancing our data management capabilities within Power BI!

Best regards,
Manoj Prabhakar

- In the 'Data source settings' window, select the data source you wish to change and click on 'Change Source'.
- Update the connection details for your new data source and click 'OK'.
You may need to refresh your tables or queries if the data structure of your new source differs from the original.
