Dynamically summarize measures based on Year used in Clustered Column chart

1st - Hi, I am a little new to Power BI. I have the below colum chart where xaxis is the Year and y axis is a field parameter based slicer which is based on different measures for each bar. 

Whichever measure I choose in the field parameter, corresponding to the bar, I want the measure to be summarized by the year in X-axis, dynamically. Currently whenever i select a field parameter, it just show the same total across all years in my chart.  I am struggling with getting the measures to be summarised by year by taking the x axis as context. Is that possible? Any help is appreciated. Open to alternate solutions that dont use field parameters as well.
