Displaying Tables in reports

Hi all,

I am trying to control the way tables display when a user clicks on "Show data point as table". I want to restrict the columns that show, or at least be able to control the order in which they are presented. I can change the order of the fields in the Visualizations pane, but this only seems to work at the time. The order reverts to what was previously there next time the action is carried out.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can overcome this? I do not want my report users to have to resort to the visualizations pane to make the table easier to read. They should be able to get what they need easily.

thanks

Thanks Amine.

It seemed like a good thought, but when I tried it bookmarks was available on the visual, but was not available on the table generated by "show data point as table".
