Direct Query Report

Hi, I am currently building a BI using direct query. 

In the report, there is a visual table containing 20K rows each day.

 

However, for this report, the first day it takes 15-20 sec to run and after 3 months, it is taking 60 sec.

And sometimes it shows "out of resource" error.

 

May I seek any advice to this. I have been trying to modify the model but it doesn't really help.

 

should I modify on the source? and how?
