Sorry for delay in our response. The slicer value is dynamic but the calculated columns are computed during the database processing and then stored in the model. So In your scenario, we cannot make the calculated column dynamically. But we can create a measure to show it inside table visual.

You have a calendar table having all the dates you need. Either you forecast calculation or slicer can use the same to show dates.
Please share some sample data and what you need
To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s.
