Date problems in spanish

The application does not recognize the few months in Spanish, even though all the regional settings are defined. The wrong months are January, April, August, December, when they are written with 3 letters.

Those months, lists are those that are not written the same as in English, so I think the system internally tries to recognize them in English.

Can you share the operation you are doing or formula you are creating on top of it.

Are you trying to create date then try

Date = "01-"&[Month]

Change Data type to month

I need to convert "Periodo" colum type text  to type Date. As you see in the image. Thanks in advance for your time.
