Hello I’m new to PowerBI so would appreciate the community’s help on this. I've tried researching but can't find the answer sadly.
Data set is property performance by revenues and occupancy rates (based on location, property type, size etc) as below:

I have added slicers in my report to filter by neighbourhood and property type etc. What are the exact steps I need to take to set this up so that the results and percentiles are dynamically calculated based on the slicers?

I've never really gotten into using them but it seems like you would need to use something like PERCENTILE.INC or something along those lines?
