Create a table with "remainder" line item.

I'm trying to create a table that shows the top 5 items in a list.  The catch is that I need the total of everything else to be on a "Remaining/All other" line item and the total for the entire list included at the bottom. 

Example:

Item A      1

Item B      2

Item C      3

All Other 10

Total        16

Any ideas?
