Create a count of measure

I have a measure which is of percentage data type, I need to group the measure based on like if measure is  range of 0 to 60 to group 1 and 61 to 89.4 to group 2 and 89.5 to 95 to group 3 and 95 to 100 to group 4 and finally take a count of each group . I expecting for a below visual where we have count of each group and total
