Convert to Qlik expression to dax

Hi Guys,

I need to Convert to Qlik expression to Dax for opening balance this expression is working in Qlik but not in Power BI. I will share the expression Qlik and Power BI. 

Qlik expression :Sum({<PROW={1},Trans_Date={"<$(=FDATE)"}>} PLAMOUNT)

Power BI  Dax :CALCULATE([cftotal],FILTER('Cashflow',Cashflow[PROW]=1 && Cashflow[T2VCHDT]<MIN('calendar'[Date])))

The DAX expression seems to be correct in terms of syntax however the context of the calculation can change the calculation without any further information is difficult to give you a good answer.

Can you please share a mockup data or sample of your PBIX file. You can use a onedrive, google drive, we transfer or similar link to upload your files.

I apologize for the request however I cannot match the image you provided with the correct page on the report and the correct lines and amoutns since the date period is not the sm eand the names also appear to be different.
