Convert Qick view script to power bi dax or m-query

convert the following qlick script to dax or in mquery language.
HierarchyBelongsTo (NodeID, ManagerID, NodeName,'ManagerID','Manager' , 'NodeDepth')
Load NodeID,
ManagerID,
NodeID as NodeName.
Please help to provide solution that results in the above script output table.
