Color values based on timeline

Hello PowerBI Community!

I have a matrix with Countries as values and timeline (year, quarters) as columns. I want to color the countries that have end date before 14/12/2023 and keep countries names as texts in values. Could anyone help me with it?
I want to have something like this but colors behind the text:

Hi @naimazhusupova 

You can base conditional formatting on the measure that is not in the matrix.
For example, you can create flag measure as:
Date flag = if(max('Table'[Date]) < date(2023,12,31),1,0)

And use it's result for the rule of conditional formatting:
